Dr Manohar Pawar, MASW and PhD, is an Associate Professor,
Charles Sturt University, Australia and the President of the International
Consortium for Social Development Asia-Pacific Branch. He has over 20 years
of experience in social work education, research and practice, and received
a Quality of Life Award from ACU in 2001. Dr. Pawarˇ¦s recent publications
