Mrs. Grace Ng, B Soc Sc (Hon), MPP, RSW, has been the Project Management Officer of the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund since its establishment in 2002.  Grace has a background in policy, planning and management within both the community and public sectors in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and New Zealand (NZ).  Before returning to live and work in Hong Kong in 2001, Grace has served in various levels of government in NZ, including being the Strategic Advisor to the then newly formed NZ Department of Work and Income; the Policy Manager of the Department of Child Youth and Family Services; the Policy and Planning Manager of the NZ Community Funding Agency; the Health Services Analyst of the Central Regional Health Authority; the first manager of the Dunedin Community Advisory Section, and the Senior Social Worker of the Otago Area Health Board.
