Gary Craig, the world's first Professor of Social Justice, is Head of the Centre for Research in Social Inclusion and Social Justice. The Centre has, typically, about 14 research projects current at any one time, funded by government departments, local government, charitable foundations, voluntary agencies, the EU and the NHS. His main areas of research interest are 'race' and ethnicity, children and young people, poverty and inequality, community development and local governance.
